A leading job where I can be able to use my organization skills, my good problem solving abilities and my high artistic value to contribute creating amazing visual works keeping an eye on the evolution of video industry and client needs.Constantly sharing ideas and opinion together with a skilled crew where everybody's skills are used to grow the quality of the final product.In 2020 as soon as I'll turn 30 I decided to give a total change to my career and to be honest I do this only because having a company in Italy is extremely difficult because of the highest taxes and expenses that makes this amazing job a real hell.This motivation, after more then 10 year in the High End Cinema and Photo industry made me decide to move country and start again in the same industry but with new goals and new energies/creativity.I'm a good team player, I'm used to take important decisions under pressure, work on very tight schedule and lead small to big crews.I'm positive and motivated and able to motivate and talk, in public as well as face to face with people of all levels.I have a good creative vision as well as I can work with new technologies and understand which one are making it into the market and the future.I'm a musician, playing and studying Clarinet since 2000I'm a very active person. Since 20 yo running track and field competitions at European level, being athlete of the year in 2009.Actually extreme sports like Paragliding and Climbing. I'm a mountaineer used to expeditions in extreme situations.
