Finalized the Expo logistics security protocol with Italian Public Authorities and Police Force to manage the access of vehicles in the site which includes x-ray screening of vehicles and goods.

Post Office Logistics Director (Poste Italiane) - In charge of delivering consumables (forms, stationery, MRO and other office supplies) and sales and marketing materials (such as brochures and pamphlets) to the 14,000 Post Offices located throughout Italy. Reporting to the Network Operations Director (in charge of all Post Offices in Italy).Management of a Team of 6 people and supervision of another 104 people based throughout Italy (3 middle managers).

In charge of manual and automatic operations at parcel dispatch centers. Reporting to the Distribution Director. Management of a team of 400 people, including employees and subcontracted staff.
