Within one of the must worldwide recognized logistics software firm, I am responsible for implementing solutions such as warehouse, transportation, demand forecast, billing, labor and order management solutions for customers from the retail sector (Elektra) and Logistics (XB Fulfillment).

Served as IT Senior Manager for one of the largest 3rd Party Logistics Company, responsible for implementation and operation of WMS, TMS and I2M platforms for several logistics services for customers from the Automotive market (BMW, Volks Wagen, Ford, Chrysler), Manufacturing (Trane), Technology (IBM), Consumer and Healthcare markets (Procter & Gamble, Applica, Kellogg, Disney, Bacardi, Bristol Myers and Abbott Laboratories amongst others). I was responsible for the implementation of the Resource Planning Management tools - Time and Attendance, Work Force Management and Payroll solutions to standardize and enhance the performance for the operational teams. I also shared the responsibilities of IT Project Management Office, ensuring best PM practices for the Brazil, Argentina and Mexico IT organizations.

My responsibilities were as IT Mexico City local representative are for this Credit Ratings agency. As part of this, I took care of all technical support issues in the Mexico City and Buenos Aires offices, while providing project management expertise for the Latin America region offices.

Initiated as Telecommunications Manager in the outsourcing area for Grupo CRISOBA (now part of Kimberly Clark), my prime endeavor was to interconnect all of the manufacturing plants located in many parts of Mexico with the headquarters in Mexico City. Economic benefits were realized by increasing the service levels of the data and voice communications which made information readily available and provided a rapid response time, while IT expenses decreased.I performed as Project Executive, with both commercial and project management responsibilities for different customers such as Equifax (credit bureau company) Exel Logistics (Supply Chain), Banca Serfin (banking) and worked as the Y2K Leader for all outsourcing projects. Contract negotiation, project implementation management, service levels management, vendor management and account’s P&L management were my main responsibilities on such role.

Started as a Systems Analyst providing technical support for PC hardware and software. Performed as Technical Support Manager, being responsible for the IBM based platform migration of bank branches and I lead the implementation of LAN technologies for all companies from the financial group.
