As a System Engineer supporting PEO C4I / PMW 150's Link Monitor Management Tool (LMMT) project within the Program Office, I play a pivotal role in overseeing system requirements across various stages, from conceptual design to the entire product lifecycle. My responsibilities extend to planning and executing Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events, encompassing Build Design Reviews (BDRs) and Fielding Design Reviews (FDRs).Moreover, I collaborate closely with PMW 150, SSA, and the ISEA team to ensure adherence to PEO C4I fielding process requirements, orchestrating Developmental Tests (DT), Operational Tests (OT), Individual Verification and Validation tests (IV&V), and Environmental Tests. This preparation culminates in the submission of Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) for review by PEO C4I Technical Review Boards (PTRB). Post-approval, I support the Installation Support Engineering Activity (ISEA) to facilitate seamless product installation and Systems Operational Verification Tests (SOVTs).Beyond these core duties, I actively participate in Bi-weekly Senior Engineer Working Level Integrated Production Team (SE WIPT) reviews, fostering collaboration with community users. I provided essential System Engineering Support to PEO C4I / PMW 760, focusing on the development and implementation of a modernized systems engineering management approach for shipboard C4I integrated systems. This encompassed new construction as well as the modernization of existing systems.My responsibilities included the meticulous analysis of C4I system and platform baseline functional requirements, aligning them with government-specified test objectives. I was instrumental in defining the critical test milestones, associated entry/exit criteria, test requirements, and constructing the necessary test databases to ensure the comprehensive testing of these systems.Furthermore, I offered my expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provided Systems Engineering support for the intricate task of analyzing, decomposing, and establishing traceability for system, sub-system, component, and platform-level requirements. During my tenure as a Joint Interface Control Officer on board the USS Carl Vinson within COMCARSTRKGRU ONE, I held a pivotal role in planning, managing, and executing Multi-Tactical Data Link and GCCS-M architectures for a diverse fleet consisting of 7 US ships, 45 aircraft, and multiple Joint Service and Coalition partners. This responsibility extended to our deployment in the C7F area of operations. Additionally, I served as the MRICO, designing the Multi-Tactical Data Link Architecture for the 2018 RIMPAC exercise, orchestrating the connectivity of 23 ships, 200 aircraft, and 7 Command and Control sites.In my role as Tactical Flag Command Control Officer, I assumed the position of Senior Battle Watch Captain, ensuring that Staff Tactical Watchstanders were well-versed in Pre-Planned Responses (PPRs), Critical Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs), and the latest Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). This role demanded a keen understanding of operational readiness and the ability to maintain situational awareness during critical operations.Additionally, I took on the role of acting Assistant Surface Operations Officer, where I was responsible for crafting, managing, and executing both long-range and short-range schedules for nine different commands. My key responsibilities included skillfully deconflicting maintenance periods, training events, certification requirements, and operational tasking, ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of these critical activities.

As a Division Officer and technical leader, I oversaw five work centers with 45 personnel, and I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the operation and maintenance of 22 C5I systems on CVN 70. I also conducted evaluations of new equipment installations and coordinated continuous and restricted availabilities in collaboration with external support agencies. Additionally, I served as the Lead Tactical Action Officer during CARL VINSON's 2017 Deployment to the C7F AOR, where I contributed to operational success.
