Main responsibilities and activities:- Management Control: Optimization and analysis of management control systems -Analytical Accounting: Reorganization and restructuring of general costs in industrial accounting through Direct costing and Full costing methodologies (within ERP databases).- Analysis and Improvement of Planning processes: Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting- Analysis and Re-engineering of the main administrative processes- Analysis of financial markets, risks and opportunities in corporate internationalization- Survey, analysis and review of business processes- Logistics and management of industrial plants and warehouses- Optimization of industrial production systems- PM support and activities in the implementation of ERP tools

- Participated in the creation of the Standard Cost of the Local Public Transport (LPT), through the implementation of a regression model with R-Studio- Creation of reports on significant exogenous variables impacting local public transport costs.-Individuation of the main causes of inhomogeneity in the ratio between Revenues and Operating Costs of LPT in the different Italian regions.
