I am genuinely interested in the impact that psychology can have on organizations through climate and organizational values analysis, assessment and all activities aimed at enhancing human resources. My studies, through courses such as “Human Resources Management” or “Social Psychology of Organizations”, allowed me to develop a strong sensitivity for the quality of organizational processes and the well-being that people can obtain from their work. Then, the course “Consulting, Intervention and Organizational Development” gave me a good attitude to relate to the business world.I put into practice all of this in my experience as a HR Junior Associate at Jemib and in my internship at Job Farm, where I worked on professional orientation interviews and on a project to support employment integration.My experience in a major psychotherapy centre also allowed me to develop a clinical perspective, through which I improved my ability to understand people's personalities, behaviors, and emotions.The source of my satisfaction and motivation is the well-being of individuals and organizations. The skills with which I want to collaborate for this well-being are emotional intelligence, reflective listening and open-mindedness.
