-Ownership of all financial analysis and reporting of Maybelline,L’Oreal Paris M-UP and Essie-P&L simulation and business case to monitor and improve make up profitability-Analysis and Monitoring of Capex and Merchandising investments and special projects

- Editing and Analysis of the Business Units P&L, forecast P&L and Budget- Editing and monitoring of the Marketing Budget- Monthly reporting and variance analysis of the Business Units P&L- Profitability analysis for promotional and marketing initiatives- Ad hoc financial analysis to determine the profitability of a specific product/brand/division-Support in the implementation of projects targeted to simplify the products codification process

- Editing of the Sales Budget and of the promo planning- Implementation of a database for sales monitoring- Analysis of relevant orders’ terms of sale through SAP software and specific database.

- Financial Statement analysis of Italian and international financial institutions - Database implementation and presentations creation (ppt. and Tableau)- Editing of “Accenture Italian Banking Observatory”, FY2014 and 1Q2015
