- Managing a portfolio of various clients in digital and digital finance field.- Monitoring of policy-making processes, through formal and informal channels, and in-depth analysis of files of main interest to clients (i.a. AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, Digitalisation of the Visa Procedure, VAT in the digital age, Payment Services Directive and Regulation).- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships to support strategies both with the European interlocutors and private representatives.- Developing working plans, position papers, briefings and business impacts for new prospect clients.

Stage at the Department of Public Affairs, working alongside the RAOG unit, which handles the development and enhancement of relations with Associative Organisms. in particular, I collaborate in: mapping and in-depth analysis of thematic strands, activities, and events of external projection of the main stakeholders with which RAOG collaborates. In addition, I carry out the assigned in-depth studies: identifying activities of potential interest in line with the structure's stakeholder engagement plan; supporting the development and organisation of internal events dedicated to geopolitical/energy issues and aimed at Eni people (e.g., events and seminars on international issues with experts from major think tanks), as well as supporting the organisation of workshops and other initiatives planned with stakeholders from the associative world of reference.
