    I joined Consodata S.p.A., a company of the SEAT Pagine Gialle group operating in the media advertising, business information and IT sector, as Chief Financial Officer. I was based in Rome, reported directly to the CEO of Consodata and had hierarchical responsibility for 23 people.Responsibilities included supervising all financial, accounting and control aspects of Consodata and the group's subsidiaries. I defined strategic, operational and financial lines at the group level in support of the CEO and was responsible for the evaluation and control of new business, investments and cash flow. In addition, I supported the CEO in industrial relations and external communication, developed and implemented the planning and control process, evaluated and implemented M&A projects, was responsible for the statutory and consolidated financial statements, managed all financial issues with particular focus on cash flow analysis and working capital management, and was in charge of credit management activities. As the person responsible for defining pre-sales and post-sales financial strategies to increase profitability and cash flow, I was a member of the Management Committee of the Italian Group and supervised the reorganisation and restructuring process of the Consodata Group.Amongst my achievements, as M&A projects I managed the merger of the 'Marketing Intelligence' business unit and of of other Group companies, the setting up of the management control system, the reengineering of the reporting tools for the parent company, the reengineering of organisational processes, the setting up of the financial modelling and risk management system, the company reorganisation and restructuring plan of Consodata S.p.A, the transition from Italian GAAP to IAS GAAP, the management of projects to divest group subsidiaries, the optimisation and reduction of external 'core business' costs, and the optimisation of the efficiency and efficacy of operation-side processes.
