I've been repairing computer since I was a kid, later evolving first in a freelancer and then a full fledged professional.I've been tinkering with computers since the age of ISA cards and Windows 3.1, going all the way until the latest ePCI and Windows 10; during my university years I acquired a similar level of knowledge about Apple computers.My studies in Computer Science helped me understand how computers works, in addition to my existing knowledge about how they break.The uncommon faculty structure at USI also taught me a lot about the whole Software Development & Design process and how to manage a team and work together for a common goal.After graduating, I did an apprenticeship in electronics, to get that below-hardware level of knowledge about the machine that I felt was still missing from my roster.The final result is that I can work with computers at any level, a "Jack of all techno-trades" of sorts.During the university years, I also worked as a part time promoter and salesman to help paying my studies and to get a feeling about how non-technical people think when dealing with everyday technology.Over the years, working, studying and travelling all contributed in building a respectable set of spoken and written languages, which allows me to interact with people from a good portion of the globe.
