As Energy Software Consultant, my primary function is the on-site development of custom-tailored extensions for our customers who use the Allegro ETRM platform; this function is performed from a technical perspective mainly via the use of .Net, C#, Linq, Oracle and SQL.The development process is not limited to the purely technical aspect: to ensure the final result satisfies the client's needs, a good deal of interaction with the final users is also a big portion of the customisation life cycle.

As Energy Software Consultant, my primary function is the on-site development of custom-tailored extensions for our customers who use the Allegro ETRM platform; this function is performed via the use of .Net, C#, Linq, Oracle and SQL.The development process includes a good deal of customer interaction, to ensure the extensions perform the correct function and the performance is suitable to the business at hand.Most of the tasks performed during my first years were focused on custom handling trades and trade-related data, with a focus on data migration and validation; the handling of structural data, such as contracts, counterparties, limits and loadshapes was also a big chunk of my tasks.Other accomplishments include legacy code upgrade, requirements collection and specification drafting, targeted code improvements and design of custom purpose tools.

As IT Support Specialist, I performed mostly L1 IT Support functions, helping internal users and external clients from all 5 continents to solve whatever issues they might have had with their computers or accounts.I've also performed L2 IT Support duties on occasion, preparing, maintaining and deploying laptops and desktops for use in financial and development environments.

I've been tinkering with computers since I can remember, and as a young adult I repaired hundreds of machines in homes, small offices and schools.In the latest years, with a full time job, it devolved to a hobby, restoring old computers and broken phones to give them new life.

I worked as a "jolly" promoter, being assigned to different stores in different occasions, ranging from holiday promotions to advertisement for special events or product launches.My services as a promoter were mostly employed in high-tech fields, like computers, photography and videogames (Apple, Logitech, Nikon as some examples).

I designed, built and tested several prototypes of electronic boards, going through all the development stages: circuit specification, PCB layout, components soldering, testing, and building a chassis for the device; the devices went from small radios to laboratory power regulators.In the final months, I also performed some repairs to electronic equipment as an assessment of the acquired skills.

I worked as an IT Specialist, redesigning most of the local LAN, while revamp some of the most outdated machines.As a side project, I contributed to the realization of the company's catalogue for the international leatherwear exhibition Mipel.
