Among recent projects:- Portal for managing the transfer of credit related to Ecobonus 50%/65% and Superbonus 110% interventions from installer to Viessmann.Web application for the uploading of documentation by installers, verification of eligibility by auditors and cross-referencing of information from the "Agenzia delle Entrate" for the subsequent transmission of the information flow to a leading financial institution receiving the tax credits.- Portal for checking the credit score of customers.A web application that interfaces with the company's master data and the APIs made available by a credit information provider for monitoring the credit score of customers and downloading the relevant reports.CRM: Internal development of a CRM that aggregates and analyzes data related to Viessmann Italia's customers and business activities. The tool also includes automated controlling activities for the verification of all orders and offers so that they comply with the specific commercial conditions of each customer.Within the tool, appropriate models and KPIs have also been defined to measure the performance of the sales force.OTHER ACTIVITIES: Management of Viessmann Italia's hardware and mobile devices, management of the helpdesk and IT technical support for about 300 employees in Italy, management of relationships with suppliers in the IT field.
