Starting from June, 2011, I started the conversion of the whole R&D into 28 Scrum teams, thus progressively abandoning the pre-existing waterfall operating model. The transformation took something more than one year to be formally complete and some more time to really work well, delivering improved quality, shorter decision cycles, reducing waste across the chain. -
