Changing job from a big American corporation to a small Italian startup is not easy at all, but it was time to change and learn new stuff. Rightster buys Preview Networks and I start working on both products, always delivering paid media campaigns on one side and getting my hands dirty on Rightster products. In particular my current job consists in:- Getting YouTube channels into Rightster MCN (Multi Channel Network), signing them for distribution both on YT and off-YT through dedicated portals and players- Helping Sales to get new clients to increase advertising opportunities on the contents we distribute in Italy- Ad-Operations: setting up campaigns in Rightster dedicated adServer (powered by Liverail)- Content Marketing: distributing contents off YouTube, generating dedicated revenues for us, Publishers and Content Owners- YouTube Operations: Audience Development, Rights Management, Channel Management- Partner Management: managing the most difficult clients, especially on YouTube, to grow their audience liaising with Audience Development manager in London

Build and increase the media network of partners in online and mobile business for the provisioning and streaming of movie trailers in the Italian market and support Key Account Manager activities in dealing with Distributors.During its lifetime, Preview Networks reshaped its business model into branded video advertising and my role here was to execute and deliver paid campaigns in contextual placements, including native advertising formats.

Sales, production and marketing activities for the Italian and Southern European market for mobile business with both mobile operators and aggregators, co-marketing activities with other Disney divisions and support in business development, always related to mobile business.
