This planning with the business, translating those plans to tickets, planning and executing sprints, and ensuring the delivery of high quality code. I use my years of history as a software developer to help train and hire new developers and run code reviews. I am an expert troubleshooter, who can quickly diagnose an issue and dispatch the right resource to fix it. I also created a proof of concept API to train existing employees and as a basis for our future development. I use my years of database experience and data science knowledge to help anticipate issues in our data, and make predictions on growth and future usage of the system. This has given us the ability to target our growth and anticipate customer demands.at this small company we have to wear many hats, included in that is devops engineering. I personally moved the team to Azure Devops and created all new CI/CD pipelines to Azure servers and to existing servers.

I leveraged my past experiences with third parties to gather requirements and encapsulate them as tickets. with the help of my scrum master we were able to plan in such a way that every member across the globe had a ticket to link to everyone else. we ensured 24hrs of meaningful development a day. I lead all the scrum meetings that made it all possible. I oversaw 3 teams of 6 included development and qa. This included 1 onshore and 2 offshore teams. I participated in planning, code reviews, system review and issue resolution. I was not afraid to get into the code, when I had the time. I provided system architecture advice. and was able to set leadership expectations using completed connections as my main KPI. I met directly with the COO and CTO to set goals and informed them of any issues or setbacks. I was able to keep to the very aggressive schedule set, and saw much success.

lead the team to create the API for the LoanDepot online mortgage application. The application is used today by thousands of people seeking a new home loan or refinance. I connected with all the stakeholders to pland and create an applications that sat on top of an existing micro-service architecture. I drove change to the architecture as it was internal employee focused rather than customer focused. This included solving timing issues between different types of users and information lockout. I created plans to drive change, and ran my own scrum and ticket boards for the team. I also handled code reviews and participated in development as needed.
