Reporting to the President of the Board of Directors, the main duty is to lead the Foundation by working closely with the senior management and the main stakeholders.Responsible for the general management, the strategy, and the performance and for the promotion, both internally and externally, of the values of the Organisation such as respect, cooperation, creativity, accountability and professionalism.

Coordination of of an international team (Italy and Kenya) for the drafting of a project in the health field, within the Italian program of debt reduction with Kenya.Drafting of a project on environmental education involving Italy, Albania and Kenya funded by the Italian MFA.

Draft of two socio-political training projects in Tirana, financed by an Italian foundation. Progress monitoring and periodic reporting to the donor.

Supervision of the administrative management of a three-year project funded by the Italian MFA in Albania, as well as their final statement.

Elaboration of a development cooperation project financed by the Italian MFA for the population living in the slum of Kombinat (Tirana).

Assessment, drafting and management of some projects of development cooperation in the field of non-formal education in Tirana.
