    • In collaboration with the Group Data Office I defined a service model, in terms of processes and IT solutions, distributed to many Business functions (CFO, CRO, Corporate, Retail, etc in order to minimize the time to market and the costs of any data deliveries (reporting and/or data sourcing) assuring the governance of any information. The solutions (Smart Business Analytics and Data Orchestration) have been selected after a scouting & evaluation phase of the options on the market that I coordinated with functional teams and the customers. From a technological point of view, the most appropriate solution (performance, scalability) was chosen in line with the Business requirements and the TCO sustainability constraints leveraging when possible on the existing infrastructures (SAS over Teradata). I co-ordinated the end-to-end set up of the environments with Teradata, IBM and SAS. I participate to the roll out of the service model and the transfer knowledge to the Business functions. As of today, there are about 700 deliveries running in Production supporting many regulatory and business processes
