My main objective was to align the client exhibition need with the company's mix of products of interest. One of my roles was the commercial communication with the client to understand the area available for exhibition and range of products that was important to show, then to prepare design proposals in order to meet the requirement and finally, after the client approval, produce exactly what I designed and install it in the distribuitor saloon.For this final purpose, I had a team of almost ten wood-workers, tile-workers and installers specialists to produce the exhibition structures and ambients. I managed the budget and budget approval with the manager and company's director and then I followed up the entire production.Since the department was developing every day, I proactively dedicated more than 15 hs a week to profesionalize the documents, technical drawings and procedures related to products, exhibition, production and graphic development such as renders and photomontages.
