Cyber security and technological risk professional, with more than 15 years’ experience in this subject. During his first 5 years he worked in BT Group as security consultant deploying security projects and solutions in different kind of public& private sector customers. Joined Santander Group in 2005, to participate in the creation of Corporate Security Area (Global CISO team). He has been part of Grupo Santander IT Factory, Technology and Risk Division, participating in the implementation, definition, management and oversight of cybersecurity, IT risk and electronic fraud for the last 12 years. Large experience in the definition and oversight of IT & Cyber security policies, GRC, cyber risk governance and in relation with Supervisory and regulators authorities (ECB, JST, BdE, EBA). Experience in Operational Risk Instruments (RCSA, scenarios, KRIs, Events, Risk Appetite, etc…) Large experience working in corporate areas with functional reporting functions, leading by influence and with a very strong technological background, specially in Network Security and Antimalware solutions. Deep knowedge of regulation and international standards (EBA Guidelines/RTS, SREP ICT Questionnaire, PSD2, GDPR, NIS, NIST CSF, CobiT, ITIL,...)
