He was Director (2000-2004) of the Post Graduate Division at the “Università Cattolica” in Milan and Director of Cultural Centres for Development, a network of 15 Educational Centres from Piedmont to Sicily). In 2001 he was in charge of administration in CEPAD, the e-learning and Fad (“formazione a distanza”) Centre at the “Università Cattolica.” Federico Mioni managed 4 graduate, live broadcast courses (3 via satellite and 1 via broadband) and 20 postgraduate courses. In April 2004 Federico Mioni was appointed Director of the national “Centro Servizi ANMCO” (the national association of Italian Hospital Cardiologists), in Florence: he organised courses in continuing education in Medicine for ANMCO professionals from several Italian regions, and some projects together with the Public Health System (Aziende Sanitarie Locali) and multinational companies.From 1995 to 2000, Federico Mioni was an International Relations Advisor for the Regione Emilia-Romagna and organised trade missions for enterprises to the areas of Chicago, New York and to Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide), and institutional partnership agreements with some European Regions (Assia in Germany, and Pays de la Loire in France).
