-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.-Implement the overall sourcing and recruiting strategy for America and Europe.-Sourcing and attracting candidates by using job boards, databases, social media.-Headhunting.-Negotiating and managing complex offers that may include relocation, equity, and other non-standard compensation components.-Interview applicants and attract talent using different recruiting and selection tools/methods.-Working under KPI's & SLA's. Metric-based reporting.-Provide regular updates and feedback both for the client and the applicants.-Prepare candidate presentation to share with Hiring Managers.-Manage applicant tracking system (Workday, Success Factors) maintaining accurate and current applicant data base.Now working with companies from USA and EUROPE.
