I represent the third generation at Panzeri, the family business founded by my grandparents back in 1947. Panzeri is an Italian leading brand in the design and manufacturing of lighting fixtures. After a sales career in FMCG and Airline industry I join Panzeri in 2013 and cover different roles in sales management, contributing to the establishment of our international branch offices in Germany (2016), France (2020), UAE (2022).With the goal to accelerate our growth and expand the international presence of the group, in 2023 the family opens the capital to a private equity firm and I am appointed CEO.I am husband and father and practice endurance sports, successfully completing 5 marathons, 2 full distance Ironman and counting.
