I'm a journalist and author, I write about music. I wrote for ANSA news agency (2011-2019) and had bylines on magazines such as Vanity Fair and DeAgostini Vinyl. You can currently read my stuff on: Fanpage.it; DLSO; Quants Magazine; LINK Idee per la TV; Humans vs Robots. In 2019 I wrote a book on the 60-year history of Carosello Records, one of the most illustrious and culturally relevant indie labels in Italy. In 2024 I curated and edited the autobiography of Emi Lo Zio of Dogo Gang, arguably the crew which contributed the most to the mainstream success of hip-hop culture and rap music in Italy. From 2019 to 2023 at Hellodì I focused on video content, developing, writing and producing dozens of original formats with Italian artists: first on the social media-based project "Louder", releasing videos on YouTube and Instagram (Editor in Chief at Louder: 2020-2023); then creating, writing, producing live shows on Twitch for third party clients Amazon Music Italia, Sony Music Italia and BHMG. At Louder I also developed other kinds of social media content: longform pieces, shortform Q&As, countless memes, a podcast and a newsletter.Since August 2023 I have a weekly music newsletter called "Pucci" (according to Reletter, it is the #1 italian music newsletter on Substack).

Music EditorHellodì Mar 2019 - Jul 2023Milan Area, ItalyI joined Hellodì for its editorial music project named Louder: at first I worked as senior editor for its website and author/creator of its original video formats (interviews with artists from the wide italian pop, rock and rap scene). Since may 2020 I've been editor in chief of Louder, shifting the project from a web 1.0 based enterprise to a more social media-focused approach: that's when I started expanding my duties into social media content creation (for Louder's Instagram page), social media management, learning how to edit simple videos and images. All the while working on new original video formats for Instagram Video and for the YouTube channel, adding almost 100 new videos as sole creator/writer/director/producer (sometimes video editor) to Louder's online video library. On April 2021 I worked with the Hellodì team on pitching livestreaming shows and events for a third party client (Amazon Music Italia): having won the bid, since July 2021 I was tasked with the writing of an interview show conducted by italian renown trap producer Charlie Charles (7 episodes) and the creation of a format based on previous Louder experience (Fuori Onda, 2 seasons starting september 2021). In the latter endeavor I handled writing, scripting, assistent-directing, assistant-editing and producing. In late 2022 I added a newsletter in written and audio form (>podcasting) to the overall Louder's free offer of music-centered content. -
