Confezioni e Ricami Snc is a great reality that conducts one of the most precious traditions in the fashion industry: high-end embroideries. The company was born in 1926 and from three generations the know-how and skills are transmitted by a family member to another. The family started its activities by producing and selling sacred art. The complexity of the work and the use of different materials gave Confezioni e Ricami an edge in bringing their knowledge to the haute couture fashion industry. Since then, their embroideries embellish the creations of fashion designers all around the world. The activities I perform for the company are: • Re-branding of the company• Creation of the new company's website• Definition and development of the new comunication strategy of the company• Analysis and re-definition of the company positioning on the market• Research and acquisition of new customers on the national and international market• Research of new suppliers • Managing the relationship with customers and suppliers• Reorganization of the invoicing system• Creation of a new system to manage the estimate of production costs
