After several years in Operations, I took the opportunity to expand my scope by switching to Finance, taking over the strategy for the Africa region- Participated in BP planning for Q3 and Q4 2022, and FY2023- Reduced Customer Compensations cost in Morocco & Ivory Coast by 0.2% GTV (over region) - Optimized P&L performance by 0.3% GTV monthly by addressing inefficiencies in our operations- Took ownership of the entire Sales strategy since late Q4’22. IguanaFix (now MadeiraMadeira in Brasil) was an Argentinian company which connected independent contractors with Customers to provide home solutions with high quality standards. I led the B2B2C and B2C Operations achieving:Improved Customer Service CSAT from 3.5 to 4.5 in 1 year, through 30% AHT reduction due to end to end process re-shuffleIncreased GMV growth by 76% YoY by ensuring full availability of the service and higher customer buyback rate (+0.73 jobs per year)Designed and specified requirements for the development of the management platform as a path to optimal performance of the real time operations team. 4 products launched with an impact of 12.3% headcount reduction
