My values were shaped by 35 years of professional experience working for a variety of key organizations in the Travel and Financial Services Industries globally. My vision and leadership style were shaped by 11 years of progressive responsibility and experience with Aviatur, a major Latin American travel operation. Subsequently I co-founded Volando, an innovative hybrid web-based travel platform in partnership with IBM and Sabre. After 4 years of steady growth I sold my interests in the organization and joined American Express, to develop a variety of products and services to help grow their business as global director of innovation. Lately I became shareholder and COO of Grupo Maso, the leading travel organization in Venezuela where I’m also board member of AVAVIT. Amongst some unique endeavors I established the first submarine operation in the Caribbean for tourists.
