About Federico Ignacio Viola
As a researcher at CONICET, the main scientific and technological institution in Argentina, I have been exploring the idea of justice in Emmanuel Levinas' thought for over six years. With a PhD in philosophy from the University of Freiburg, I have a strong background in ethics, metaphysics, phenomenology, and philosophy of language.My research aims to understand how justice is realized in the concrete encounter with the others, beyond the theoretical contradictions that arise from a timeless and idealistic thinking. I have published a book and multiple articles on this topic, as well as participated in several conferences and seminars. I am also a teacher and researcher at Universidad Católica de Santa Fe, where I share my knowledge and passion for philosophy with students and colleagues.
