During my end-of-studies internship, I had the opportunity to contribute significantly to a Project enhancing category management within Procurement and integrating Machine Learning.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:● Led the adoption and implementation of a new methodology within the organization. This involved analyzing existing procurement practices, identifying areas for improvement, and designing streamlined processes aligned with best practices. By standardizing category management processes, we achieved greater transparency, efficiency, and cost savings across procurement operations.● Spearheaded the integration of Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and predictive analytics into category management practices. I developed and deployed ML models to optimize supplier selection, and automate procurement decisions. This initiative not only enhanced decision-making accuracy but also reduced procurement cycle times and mitigated supply chain risks.● Regularly analyzed data insights and generated comprehensive reports to provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations for further improvements in category management and procurement strategies.My end-of-studies internship was a pivotal experience that deepened my understanding of advanced procurement methodologies and technologies.

During my summer internship at Pearls Consulting in the field of Strategy and Management Consulting, I played an integral role in supporting the delivery of strategic solutions to our clients. My key responsibilities included:-Played an active role in creating client presentations and reports, effectively communicating complex strategies, findings, and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner.-Assisted in the formulation of strategic plans, business models, and growth strategies for clients across diverse sectors.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I gained valuable insights into the logistics and delivery industry. My key responsibilities and achievements included:-Ensured the smooth functioning of the delivery process by actively assisting in daily operations, coordinating with delivery drivers, and addressing operational challenges in real-time, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.-I provided data-driven recommendations to the Operations team, resulting in enhanced delivery efficiency and improved service quality.
