I'm looking for the place where I can help to level up frontend development as a developer or a sort of technical leader.For now I'm leading frontend in top level IT company in Russia. I hired nearly 30 people as frontend developers, ran huge amount of technical interviews, but now I want to challenge myself to be a part of international team.For a long time I had to develop platform solutions by my own hands, firstly it was high load server side rendering (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AFqxFq1SrA you can enable subtitles with auto-generated subtitles for English). Then I faced with legacy growth problem and decided to switch to microfrontends architecture for all frontend projects. I've developed protocol for communication between applications which was wrapped to web components, wrote several webpack plugins, moved all projects to Docker and Kubernetes, dealt with versioning problem and asynchronous loading in Module Federation. Also I switched al projects from Angular to Vue via this microfrontend architecture and managed our own ui-kit development. Next step was to deal with problem of supporting changes in microfrontends communication protocol in all projects synchronously. At this point if you want to change something in core you have to update code in each project, so we can't spend so much time on technical support of every microfrontend. And then I decided to create a single core as npm dependency, which includes configurations for webpack, docker, linter, unit-tests and even application, store and router initialization. New frontend platform team was created at this moment under my management and we developed this package in 4 weeks.
