Linking with Information Officer for publicity of events on email list, website, media.Updating email event listBooking LASC /WSM shared meeting room for LASC events, campaign groups’ meetings, etc…Shared Responsibility for:Carrying forward LASC tasks, with individual responsibilities to be allotted as events come up, including for example:MailingsArranging for visiting Latin Americans to be accommodatedDrawing up LASC’s two month wall plannerDaily responsibility, in common with all LASC staff, for:Making LASC a welcoming environment for people who drop in Answering the phone and logging all callsMaintaining the officeNeed to work closely with the Volunteer Manager to source volunteers for events he/she is organising and for the distribution of publicity. He/she will also work closely with the Information Officer to ensure events are publicised through LASC’s internal channels and in the media.
