Fedir Serdiuk (born in 1995, Odesa, Ukraine) is an entrepreneur and an advisor to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine. During the large-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine Fedir stepped down from all civilian positions to contribute to Ukraine`s defense. During his career, most of the projects initiated by Fedir Serdiuk were focused on solving safety issues. Serdiuk spent several years as a Red Cross Rescue Team leader and Military and law enforcement personnel trainer. He is recognized as a tactical emergency casualty care instructor by the California Emergency Medical Services Authority and NAEMT. In 2014 he founded FAST, a private company that now leads the Ukrainian market of first aid, emergency response, and HSE training and advisory services. Among the clients of FAST, there are 220+ leading International and Ukrainian corporations, including PepsiCo, Citi Group, Metro Group, Kernel S.A., Metinvest B.V., Naftogaz Group, etc. Fedir has been serving as an advisor to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine since 2020. He was a Board Member of the Ukrainian startup fund from 2021 to 2022.In 2022 after the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine Fedir focused his efforts on military (tactical) medicine development in the Ukrainian Defence Forces and in the Defence agencies of Ukraine`s allies.
