About Fedja Mulabdic

I am a hands-on technical leader with a rich and diverse engineering background. Fueled by passion for innovation and leadership, my ideal environment is found around dynamic, fast-paced R&D teams. I enjoy the challenge of building something new from the ground up, be it a new innovative product, a startup trying to navigate the landscape, a breakthrough manufacturing technology, or an efficient organizational system. Since 1997 I have played key roles in the development and manufacture of products as diverse as orthopaedic devices, endovascular and airway implants, endovascular diagnostic devices, and emergency medicine devices. I gained Nitinol expertise by leading the development of Nitinol processing capability for Evasc Medical Systems and by leading and participating in several Nitinol device development projects. My recent engagements focused on developing affordable medical devices aimed at elevating the level of medical care in low-to-middle income countries.
