Our team develops application for the sales department. In the banking sector, sales managers strive to expand their customer base by increasing the number of active accounts. To make this process hassle-free and efficient, we have created a platform that caters to their needs.As a member of the development team, my responsibilities include writing code and unit tests in C# for .NET services, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that all new features meet technical feasibility and complexity requirements. I am also involved in developing architectural solutions for new processes and features, as well as maintaining services by tuning CI/CD processes to suit our needs, monitoring systems, investigating and fixing errors.

Our team has crafted a sophisticated product for managing advertisement campaigns. The application is designed to create and manage campaign graphs, whereby clients receive SMS messages based on their subsequent actions (such as sending a reply, calling, or ignoring). Depending on these actions, the graph branches out accordingly, initiating further actions such as sending additional messages or activating certain products for the client. The application was deployed as an on-premise solution on our clients' servers, and functioned as a web-based platform.Notably, development of such an application posed significant technical challenges, particularly in handling large amounts of data (with an average of 10 million clients per customer) and working with two databases simultaneously.As backend developer, my responsibilities included writing code and tests, conducting code reviews, providing time estimates, and contributing to the development of architectural solutions for new features.

Our team developed the backend for a telecom operator's services. Our primary focus was on maintaining a large, legacy CRM monolith that was used by all employees throughout the company.
