 Everyday monitoring of KPIs for AC/DC power supplies and DC/DC converters on contract manufacturing. Ensuring flawless production by providing technical support and problem solving. Analyzing root cause for spoilages and proposing the improvement plans. Control of corporate quality standards on the contract manufacturing. Management of the procurement department: ensuring timely supply of the required materials and equipment, negotiating a price, delivery terms and other conditions, rating of the vendors.
