Demcon Unmanned Systems develop and supply unmanned autonomous vehicles. Systems for customer specific applications, to increase safety, optimize production and enable new business models. As VP Commercial I was responsible for developing and executing the international (Online) Marketing, Sales and Business Development strategies. I lead a team of marketing and sales professionals, and manage our global distribution and channel partner network. I worked closely together with the Founder, CEO and Management Team members from the Finance, Legal, QA and R&D departments. Together with the committed and motivated commercial team we aimed to increase our brand awareness, grow sales, improve customer satisfaction, expand our global networks and develop new business.Aerialtronics is an end-to-end UAV solution developer that utilizes UAV technology, Artificial Intelligence and IoT data to provide customers industrial graded products which deliver actionable insights in real time. As Business Development Manager at Aerialtronics I focused on business and strategy development. A free role within this Joulz Projects business unit and beyond where you need to come up with ideas, develope concepts and implement innovative products and services. Some achievements were:- The initiator and project leader of the "Drone Services" innovation project. In cooperation with a supplyer we developed a "flying" method for maintenance and inspections of high and medium voltage assets. I was responsible for all the stages is the project from concept and business case development to investment, certification & training of the company and employees and implementation of the innovation in the business.- Member of the Innovation Board of the company and involved in the development of the innovation strategy, -budget and the -Platform. In addition, I was presenter or organizer at several innovation workshops and events such as Eneco IT Connect, EYE After Lunch-power pitches, Stedin-Joulz Innovation Day and the Eneco Innovation Day.

Commercially and financially responsible for the construction, management and maintenance of public lighting (OV) in four cities in the region of Brabant. Besides operational activities and customer contact other activities were aimed at improving existing business processes. Some achievements were:- Winning a tender for a three-year service and maintenance contract with, including the purchase and installation of a new regional support/ warehouse facility. - Negotiations for the extension of an existing contract.
