Since April 2000, James is managing the Feel Engineering company and controlling the Sales and R&D division specially.He was developed the first silenced Hydraulic Breakers in Korea and made a good brand (FINE Breaker) in the world, 40 countries. At 2011, especially, He ended developing of Attachment Rock Drill. It is mounted on Excavator easily and working at mining job site, Tunneling, Road & building construction.He was awarded a prize by the Prime minister in Korea at 2006 and a Cabinet Minister of economic affairs

At Daemo Engineering company, James was in charge of technical service manager. Not only local market but also overseas countries. He was developed method for Hydraulic breakers with Hyundai excavators and made a standard technical for installation of hydraulic attachment. By one of members he was settled up the ISO 9001 of International Organization Standardization for Quality management.

James was established a Trading company, name of ACE International company for trading parts of construction equipments.It has become a good experience for management of Feel Engineering company.
