Responsible for:- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to inform and manage expectations- Managing and leading projects, controlling budgets and ensuring timely delivery of quality submissions- Creating, compiling and delivering complete design submissions to industry standards (Eurocodes, British Standards, NR Standards) including forms, drawings, technical specifications and calculations- Surveying for design- Performing structural analysis using dedicated software- Reviewing design submissions and performing design checks on drawings and calculations- Undertaking conditional surveys of client assets and preparing subsequent survey reports- Assessing structural problems to recommend options for remedial work- Mentoring design engineers

Responsible for:- Management of sub-contractors during Civil works and P-Way installation- Provision of engineering support for delivery team- Management and subsequent supervision of engineering team- Review of engineering drawings and design specifications for accuracy- Checking materials used and work undertaken adhered to design specifications- Liaising with the client, stakeholders, consultants, sub-contractors and general workforce- Setting out, levelling and surveying site- Reporting of progress and attendance at progress meetings- Ensuring compliance of Health and Safety procedures and attendance at H&S meetings
