Duties and responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional multinational teams and coordinate the IT infrastructure builds in various SAP datacenters, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.- Work closely together with Infrastructure experts from Data Center, Order Management, Server, Network, Storage and Back-up teams who execute the work within dedicated work centers- Detailed review of BoMs for overall HW understanding and details needed to validate and create build blueprints for specific capacity demands- Host/attend Build validation meetings with the stakeholders- Creation of approved configuration documentation for individual builds and locations- Drive continuous improvement to reduce validation and overall build times and ensure quality- Assesses demands for trainings/knowledge transfers

Main responsibilities:- Responsible for all the IT systems in the property- Participates in preparing the yearly plan of the IT Capex- Leads all IT related project implementation/upgrade projects- Ensures the exchanges of IT equipment, starts the needs of IT Capex, purchases and offers- Handles all hotel related IT data and information to ensure availability of information when required- Ensures confidential treatment of the company"s internal documents and information- Assesses demands for training

Main responsibilities and duties:- Ensure availability of all in-house servers, workstations, printers and other technical equipment.- Keep up to date user administration in all systems.- Keep track of all MIS related problems, ensure solving the issues as soon as possible.- Provide technical support to users and hotel guests following rules and regulations.- Keep basic on the job trainings to colleagues about the system they used.- Ensure availability of the hotel’s telephone system and related systems.- Prepare technical recommendations for purchases and system enhancement for future periods.- Keep daily contact with external companies providing support to any hotel systems.- Ensure data protection of all sensitive data.- Arranges repairs of defective devices, keeps track of serviced items, ensure replacement- Take part in IT related decisions
