Verna works as design coordinator and project manager. She is an architect and fire-engineer with 6+years of design & project managing experience, mostly in large-scale complex and tall buildings and with international design teams. Verna worked as a designer in ECADI, where she participated in 5+ commercial complex projects and a range of other projects. She also provided fire engineering consulting for complicated projects with her 2+ years experience in fire performance-based design and research. She owns 2 journal papers in relevant areas.As a design coordinator, she effectively contributed to foreseeing the design challenges, and managed to smooth the design process while coordinating stakeholders to solve the challenges together. Have worked with Arup London, Milan and Hongkong office frequently. Verna’s expertise spans across early stages of design including urban planning, infrastructure, schematic design, detailed design and interior design. As a PM, she is also experienced with procurement and program approval process.
