As executive deputy general manager of the data operation centre, responsible for smooth operation of all the businesses, including the POS operation (whose market share is over 60% in Shanghai), operation of sandpay card and Smartpass card, merchant services for small & medium-sized banks and operations for many membership card businesses, such as Haagen-dazs, Best Buy, Homeinn and etc. The management jobs include the management for networking and system infrastructure, risk and security management, monitoring, application support, storage and system architecture, BCP & DRP management, purchase & vendors management, admin & HR management and also the environment management of the data centre. Besides, at present, responsible for site selection, construction standard, budget planning, construction and decoration for the new data centre.做为杉德集团所有生产业务运营平台的负责人，主要负责保障杉德所有业务的平稳安全运营，包括涵盖上海市60%以上POS交易的运营，杉德巍康卡，斯玛特卡的运营，部分地方性中小银行的收单业务以及众多的会员卡业务，包括易初莲花、家乐福、乐购、哈根达斯、KFC、大型百货购物中心等众多知名商户。所有这些业务涉及数据中心运营管理，应用系统上线管理，风险安全管理，众多供应商管理以及基本的团队行政人事管理等。除此以外，还在负责筹划集团新的数据中心，包括数据中心的选址，建设标准，预算规划，基建，二次装修等相关问题。数据中心的技术层面涉及广域网及生产、存储局域网的搭建与维护；应用系统的高可用性搭建、系统级热备及灾备配置、系统性能及进程的自动化监控与报警；Oracle、Mysql及Informix等多种数据库的运营维护，主用生产数据库Oracle RAC及Data Guard的搭建、扩容及相关维护；存储系统的高可用性搭建、数据级灾备体系的建立、本地及异地灾备的搭建与维护。在安全领域，涉及遵照央行有关技术认证、公安部有关等级保护认证以及ISO27001及ITIL V3的相关要求，对内部各系统、基础架构及运营管理进行审计和安全加固与改进；杉德网上商城及相关互联网支付业务基础技术架构的搭建，涵盖网络、系统及后台存储系统。

Responsible for the management of IDX data centre. IDX DC is one of a few Tier-4 DCs in China. It has 9000 square meters more or less. It has ever been the best commercial data center in China when it was opened in 2008. As the operation manager, responsible for the daily management including networking and hosting operation, engineering, information & physical security, compliance and vendor management. Number of staff under my supervision is more than 40. Spoken english is good enough to communicate with foreigners on technical problems. Both ICBC and China Pacific Insurance Company Ltd have ever negotiated with us for making IDX as their national DR data centre. Also this is the DC where the first time foreign financial institutions and banks located their data centres in third-party place.AT&T as the biggest networking & communication company of the world located its third AGN site (international output interface) in IDX. This is the first time AT&T put its core AGN site in the non-CT or non-CNC data center. Equinix as the biggest data centre supplier of the world also chooses IDX DC as its first commercial data center in mainland of China. Investment bankings like Morgan Stanley are going to set this data centre as their core data exchanging centre for domestic market.With the best facility management, IDX got ISO27001 certificate in 2010.主要负责国际数据交换中心的运营管理，该数据中心是中国第一个满足TIA-942 T4标准的国际商用数据中心。总面积近9000平方。工作内容涵盖日常网络及机房运维，参观接待，外部第三方审计及工程维护等方面。对数据中心的工程，运维，项目，售前支持及供应商管理及流程等各方面均有深入了解和丰富经验，同时团队管理经验丰富，目前管理团队涉及运维，工程，行政，安保；人员总数超过40人。作为国内目前设施管理等级最高的商用数据中心，顺利通过了ISO27001认证并成为在中国境内外资银行的第一个托管主数据中心，开了银行等金融机构不托管数据中心的先河。随后又有多家金融机构入驻。中国工商银行和太平洋保险都曾准备将该数据中心作为其全国灾备数据中心。国际网络巨头美国电报电话公司（AT&T）将其在中国的第三个国际出口节点放于此，这是AT&T第一次将PoP节点放在非电信网通的数据中心。全球最大的数据中心供应商美国的Equinix也将此数据中心作为其在中国大陆的第一个商用数据中心，摩根斯坦利等国际投行巨头将此作为其核心的数据处理中心。

Responsible for the VIP customer networking management. Monitor the customer’s WAN devices, links and performance, respond to any fault in real-time. Skillful operation on the Cisco routers and switches. Able to use the technical tools to troubleshoot every kind of networking fault, find out the root cause and restore the networking connectivity. Create the monthly report for each customer including all the technical details. Administrate the network management platform software with skillful Linux operation. Also, participate in and take charge of the project management.负责为大客户提供广域网托管服务，为其提供7*24小时网络链路和网络设备监控，在出现问题时实时响应，判断故障原因，并在短时间内恢复网络性能。之后为客户提供详细的月度报告，涵盖当月所有技术细节。 担任项目经理，协调客户，销售和技术支持在合同规定的期限内完成项目实施。 作为系统管理员，管理网管平台系统，完成各个系统的合理集成。 负责参与管理IDC业务，对IDC业务流程和规范有很好的了解。
