Combine the technical knowledge of products and Chinese market; continue supporting the product technical information both for Custom Care and sales in the company, and play the role in sales and customer relationship maintenance.Major Responsibilities:Marketing Function- Work with NDC USA/Belgium to transfer new product knowledge to China office, and send feedback back to improve product design.- Attend new product introduction and training in USA when it is available- Translating marketing material such as brochure and technical documents. Sales Function- Key account management. Keep communication with key account such as HeBei Steel Group(HBIS), BenXi Steel Bao Steel etc. Provide product supporting service and up-sale more product and service.- Use both direct sales and distributor channels to maintain and develop new business- Manage contract and negotiations to ensure maximum client value- Coordinate USA sales director to visit clients for product maintenance.Field Service Function- Play the roles as field engineer to maintain product and commission new-arrived product.- For critical/urgent issue, use telephone and internet to do on-field diagnose.Client Industry List:- Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals- Coating and Converting- Film and Sheet Extrusion- Food Processing- Metal industry- Nonwovens and Textiles- Rubber industry- Tobacco Processing
