Tianjin

 Manage and execute assigned projects with defined processes to deliver customer satisfaction and company business objectives.  Coordinate between inside sales, different Emerson factories, internal support teams, as well as end users, and business partners for adherence to project schedules, responsible for the schedule and make it happen.  Work with project execution team and cooperate with pursuit team together to expand project scope, control cost to improve project profit.  Report and keep tracking of project status, milestones and provide regular communication to the management and customers timely based on the requirement. Manage project changes, project risk and contingencies plan during execution phase.  Ensure that all information / documents needed for on-site activities are available.

Tianjin

• Lead AC team to set up autoclave production area. Take responsibly to handle all issues from Basic Design, Equipments manufacture, FAT, Receiving and Inspection, SAT to Qualifications. Work with team members and consultants to meet all Milestones on time or ahead of schedule. • I am responsible for all related documentations for each step in project. They include URS, Commissioning Protocol, and Qualification Protocol and so on. • To coordinate the construction in Wash & Sterilization Area. Work with construction department, utilities department and vendors to ensure the construction issues in W&S area. • To be a coordinator, control the production plan and daily operation for Autoclaves and Utensil Washers. Ensure the support to other related departments smoothly.• Give the technical support to production team and ensure the production equipments are running smoothly. Lead all revalidation activities include schedule and implementation.

Tianjin

• As a Process Engineer/ Cell Leader in Production Department of PPG Coatings (Tianjin) CO., Ltd. Work with planning department to ensure production plan and cooperate with Lab to ensure product quality.• I am also responsible for Grinding Cell. The normal work is to smooth production process and keep the product in a good level. Participate in project to set up new Grinding area and qualify the new grinding equipments.• I am also responsible for Auto coatings cell. I focused on EHS, production flow, production plan, productivity improvement and product quality. And worked with Lab to fix the quality issue for products. • Set up the first training center in PPG China. To arrange and train the new comer to meet the requirement skill of normal operation, and arrange and train the old operators and engineers to improve their skill. Set up training system to improve both skill and knowledge of operators. • I am responsibly for daily operation of supporting cell. Work with other production cell to ensure production tool supply.• Work with EHS department to ensure EHS status.• Work as internal auditor to participate internal audit.

Suzhou

• I am responsible for production quality improvement, productivity improvement, customer complaints root cause investigation and solving. Focus on process improvement on manual / semi-automatic assembly line, and also work on hot quality issue.• As an auditor, I joined a lot of internal audits and supplier audits.• For project management, as team leader, I am leading some project teams to do some quality improvement and cost-down improvement. Such as production capacity extension and semi-finished products outsourcing • I have trained for six-sigma and LEAN and lead some small related projects.• To be a cooperator in production department, take responsibility to follow up and investigate customer complaint. And work with other department to solve it.
