• Worked on the Corporate Bond Trading Team and the Private Credit (Structured Lending) Team for the first and second rotation; researched and compiled key financial metrics of 20+ CRE-linked regional banks into a comp sheet using SEC filings and Bloomberg for a $150 million buy opportunity of sub debts / bonds issued by those banks, and contributed to investment memo underwriting• Performed in-depth due diligence on 10+ fintech companies and analysis on the underlying collaterals; built a cashflow model to calculate the loss coverage based on various deal structures, and underwrote a $78 million warehouse lending opportunity into a 35-page investment memo for the private credit team• Contributed to the deal execution through participating in negotiation between the Private Credit Team and the fintech companies’ management members, and successfully closed 4 asset-backed lending deals• Presented a new private credit investment opportunity with a full transaction underwrite to the firm’s Investment Committee including firm Partners and Managing Partners as the final project
