General Duties Maintain general ledgers; verifying, allocating, and posting transactions, assure all bills,invoices, payments, adjustments and liabilities entered in the financial period Bank, Credit card and PayPal reconciliation, reconciled GL with AR, AP wAccounts Payable Verified bills to ensure consistency between P. O. and suppliers’ invoices Entered bills in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure correctness of suppliers,terms, taxes, currencies, etc Make sure credit applied before payment and avoid the penalty of late payment. Issued cheques with all backup documents attached and required signatures obtained Reconcile petty cash monthly, entering company credit card expenses, employeereimbursementAccounts Receivable Issue sale invoices following sales’ orders Review Quick-Book Reminder, E-mail, fax or make a collecting calls if overdue. Collect cheques, credit card match customers’ invoices, make adjustments, discounts orcredit entries if necessary and deposit checks, Issue and send customer statements monthly, also prepare aging report weekly formanagement.
