• Wealth Management Unit Wealth Management Specialist - Assisted in producing the scripts, the financial advisory reports, monthly fund focus and the investment portfolio coaching presentations to Relationship Managers.- RM Joint calls/meeting with clients to facilitate and close the deals. The clients were Citi priority and Citi Gold. - Worked with Citi Research Team to provide the WMS team and Relationship Managers with insights on portfolio investments and asset allocation (mutual fund, bond, structured note, SIAEYA, AMF, etc.).- Coordinated with fund houses, RMs and the WMS team to organize workshop/seminars for HNW clients. - Daily performance tracking on QDII net sales at the sales, branch and cluster levels to oversee the target fulfilment.- Established a monthly tracking framework for the incentive data for the WMS team with an automated VBA algorithm for data analysis and archive. The framework provided great insights for the 2019 incentive plan through cross comparison and cataloguing in the AUM growth, quarterly payout, effort-based revenue, trailer fee, average incentive/revenue, and etc. - Created a performance overview system at the branch/AO level including AUM, product diversification, and G&L. The system provided a quantitative gauge of the investment portfolio for Relationship Managers to provide financial solutions to clients.
