- Lead and deliver the PACE (Participate, Advocate, Communicate, Engage) Leadership programs, empowering migrant and refugee women, including non-binary, trans, and gender-diverse people, to build leadership capabilities and drive community change.- Established and grew the PACE Network to over 300 participants, creating a supportive platform where women develop leadership skills, share experiences, and form meaningful connections through engaging network events.- Forge strategic partnerships with state government, local councils, and key organisations, advancing collective efforts to support leadership pathways for migrant and refugee women.

Produced a number of theatre productions and forums in Metropolitan and Regional Victoria, bringing international students stories on the stage.

I liaise with coordinators, managers, and directors from all stakeholders and any relevant parties.I've created and established the social media presence of the project 'Act of Translation Reaches Out' and the theater performance 'She'll be Right'.I've developed and implemented marketing strategies of the theater performance.I coordinate with the director, manage rehearsals and organize the casts and volunteer team.

I have assisted Elva to mentor students in the Live Project to enable them to have practical real industry experience. My responsibility in Peace Lab is to utilize my specialized knowledge of businesses and broad organization experiences to devise the formation of digital, programmatic, and marketing strategies innovatively focusing on both short-term and long-term perspective. I identify our strengths and advantages to mobilize currently accessible resources and explore potential new resources to plan and optimize our capacity and reap returns. By taking appropriate actions and implementing our strategies, I ensure Peace Lab to have an updated business model aligning to the fast-moving environment and to be flexible to match the demand of clients and achieve our goals.

I am the project manager for the Act of Translation project. I have worked alongside the director in managing workshops, organizing the cast members and coordinating promotional activities through offline opportunities and social media for the theatre performance aimed at social movements in diverse aspects.

I was elected to the executive committee in Monash Postgraduate Associatin as the Caulfield Representative.I'm acting as advocate for students in respect of issues raised, and then establishing and identifying key matters for resolution, escalation or change. I actively initiated negotiations with coordinators, managers and directors from different stakeholders and institutions to achieve collaborative outcomes and resolution for issues.I successfully facilitated and organised engagement programs and activities for postgraduate students experience improvement.

I was elected as the students councillor in Students Union at The University of Melbourne.I was representing student's welfare and development needs, ensuring that programs and initiatives complimented student's needsI assisted with facilitating the development of new students policies and approaches.

I actively initiated negotiations with presidents from different clubs and societies for collaboration.I raised international students issues with NUS committees and collaborated with them for solution.By organising international students volunteers for NUS campaigns, I encouraged more international students involved in local community and raised their rights advocate awareness.

I co-initiated the statewide Fair’s Fare campaign for equal transport concession card for Victorian international students after successfully lobbying the government to implement half yearly transportation concession card scheme.I planned and managed volunteers to do petition, photo campaigns, campus presentations, liaising to presidents from different clubs and societies for collaboration.Thousands of successful petition caught the public, media and politicians attention and made them took it into consideration.
