HROS- Leader HR Operation Specialist on employee on/off board, probation, internal transfer process - As the HR contact point between Engineering Department and HR Department Ops team - Responsible for employee lifecycle HR process optimization, including on/off-board, probation, intern transfer, employee referral & employee rehire - Keep HR related documents updated in internal websit: Hukou policy, social insurance police, etc. HRIS - Company OA system optimization - Hera system test and launch (Hera-Engineering Department internal leave system) Recruiting - Conduct 2017 engineering department campus recruit, with aiming of 6 schools campus talk in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province - Responsible for Stanford University 2017 Summer Engineering and Technology International Internship (SETII) Program Employee Relations - Performance management process consultation and coach team leader for PIP (performance improvement plan) - HR contact point to employees - Develop employee engagement survey and data analysis Others - HR report management, including, weekly report, monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, recruiting reports, compensation and turn-over rate reports, etc - Help employee on individual income tax return and tax refund - Involve in Mercer Salary Survey - Other HR projects like: Commercial Insurance for team leaders

 Trainees and interns career cycle management Employees onboarding and termination management Monthly payroll cycle follow up  HR system data entry supervision and risk control Commercial insurance plan renewal process and vendor management Answer and solve employees’ questions on company policy etc. Provide kinds of reports for BU or HR team Regional projects participation: Workday launch, HRDP program, etc Expert in HR system: Workday, Peoplesoft, HRDMS, Taleo, WCN, Business Objects, etc.

 Assist in Later hire  Provide the logistics support to new joiners and do the exit interview with resigned employees Responsible the new hire orientation and support to conduct other training plan Coordinate with insurers (medical, life & accident) to follow up the settlement of claims for foreigners  Record leave application and file the relevant document timely Assistant to prepare HR related reports  Assist in staff activities, e.g. outing, annual dinner
