I am a design leader with a diverse background. I enjoy identifying user-centric opportunities and crafting future visions with designers and cross-functional teams.A brief story of my career so far: I designed a Volkswagen production car in China when I was 23; turned to learn human-centered design methods at the Institute of Design at IIT, got an MBA in the meantime; helped SC Johnson with industrial design, product innovation, and brand design, and used design thinking to help prevent malaria in Africa and the Greater Mekong region; defected to the consulting side with the legendary Insitum in its heyday focusing on design research, collected beautifully weird projects under the belt along with most wonderful friendship; got into service design with Fjord/Accenture, extending my range to tackle tough problems from unified CX vision for health care to change management during transformations.
