Security for 802.11ad chips • Add the key management module for 802.11ad in firmware • Add the support for GCMP to the application to do 4-way handshake and 2-way handshake3. DMA buffer management in data path for 802.11ad chips • The TX/RX/RXPOST ring buffers to manage the DMA buffer descriptors • Interrupt & DPC handling4. Performance tuning for 802.11ad chips • Implement the module in firmware to check and save current cycles and sample values at given checkpoint, and then create the report of statistics (max/min/average, historgam) • Use the module to measure the cycles spent and save the sample values (for example, number of pkts in different queues) at different stages in data path, and find the bottleneck • Optimize the code in data path
