About Feike Leek

Omgaan met mensen, ze motiveren en een manier vinden om het beste in anderen naar boven te halen, is wat mij drijft in mijn werk. Transparantie, eerlijke communicatie en benaderbaar zijn vind ik belangrijk. Ook op het gebied van organiseren en coördineren neem ik graag het voortouw. In mijn vorige banen heb ik deze vaardigheden kunnen aanscherpen door verschillende teams aan te sturen. Meer dan 10 jaar ervaring binnen het management heeft mij ook geleerd om te gaan met hoge werkdrukomgevingen. Ik vind de balans door mijn geest nieuwe energie te geven door buiten te zijn. Of het nu gaat om surfen, boulderen, wandelen of gewoon een ontspannen wandeling door het park met de hond van mijn vriendinnen, buiten zijn is waar ik me het meest thuis voel. Waar het mij uiteindelijk om gaat is een duidelijke lijn in de golven of de rots, vrienden en familie, goede koffie of een verfrissend biertje en flink wat gelach.
