In this assignment I worked directly for our European Vice President for Right Management Europe. I worked closely with the UK leadership team in London to optimize Right Management's solution portfolio and increase delivery efficiency. I designed the roadmap for a three year strategic plan to increase standardization throughout all Right Management branches in Europe and I helped kickstart the formation of the three year strategic plans in France and Germany.

I was assigned to manage project "FutureProof"​; reorganizing TVcN and decreasing it's cost-base with 35% in under 4 months. I was part of TVcN's management team and I cooperated successfully with its works council (Ondernemingsraad). Tolk & Vertaalcentrum Nederland is part of ManpowerGroup and it is an intermediary for about 1500 interpreters in over 130 languages. The majority of its customers are large government agencies.

My last assignment was at the Dutch headquarters of Xerox in Breukelen.
